Charm Bar - Smiley Face

Previously known as the "Dead Happy" style, these charms are hyper-fluorescent. Meaning they are completely transparent but give off a neon-like glow with high color saturation.

The Smiley Face charm is a larger variety, measuring at just over 1.5 inches. Our style suggestion would be to add it to your semi hoops!
